The design of this Pressurized Vacuum Head, when used in conjunction with our Vacuum and Filtering System, has proven the ability to remove excess cornmeal from product after muffins are deposited into griddle cups. This head is designed to lift each dough piece and blow the entire surface free of undesired cornmeal, with a natural flow design that requires much less vacuum to reclaim the excess cornmeal. The operator has complete control over the amount of cornmeal removed by regulating the air pressure. 

With this head you can expect your griddle cup coating to last much longer since there is less cornmeal to become baked on them.  This head also helps prevent griddle fires.

The design of this Pressurized Vacuum Head, when used in conjunction with our Vacuum and Filtering System, has proven the ability to remove excess dusting flour from the finished product before it is panned. This head is designed to lift each dough piece and blow the entire surface free of undesired dusting flour, with a natural flow design that requires much less vacuum to reclaim the excess dusting flour. The operator has complete control over the amount of flour removed by regulating the air pressure. 

With this head you can expect your pan glaze to last several times longer since there is no flour to become baked on the top of the pan. 

As shown on the Moulding Belt We offer this head with plant air as shown or with
of a high speed roll line. its own low pressure regenerative blower.
