The design of this Pressurized Vacuum Head, when used in conjunction with our Vacuum and Filtering System, has proven the ability to remove excess flour or cornmeal from Roll and Muffin product lines. Equipped with a regenerative blower the assembly generates its own air pressure which will reduce plant air consumption. This head is designed to lift each dough piece and blow the entire surface free of undesired flour or cornmeal, with a natural flow design that requires much less vacuum to reclaim the excess flour or cornmeal. The operator has complete control over the amount of flour or cornmeal removed by regulating the air pressure. 

With this head you can expect your roll line to last several times longer since there is less flour or cornmeal to become baked on the pans or griddle cups.


We offer this head equipped pan glaze or griddle cup coating with its own low pressure 
regenerative blower as shown.
